Helping youth find their footing—one confident step at a time.
The Housing Support Program is designed to walk alongside youth as they work toward successful independent living. The Housing Support Worker meets each young person where they are, providing relational care that builds trust, comfort, and connection within the program.
Using the Pillars of Care to guide goal setting, the Housing Support Worker helps identify the skills each youth needs to strengthen and connect them with community resources that support their growth. Every plan is flexible and youth-driven, ensuring that each individual’s journey is supported in a way that fosters stability, confidence, and a strong sense of belonging.
Using the framework of do with and not for, the Housing Support Worker assists the youth in learning skills that support working towards independence.
